These are estimated pricing ranges, not fixed packages. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins. QuickBooks Online subscriptions and one-time setup or cleanup services are billed separately.

Common questions
Do we ever need to meet in person?
No. Blue Astra works with clients entirely online. Conversations happen by phone or video call, and the bookkeeping itself is done in QuickBooks Online, so you can be located anywhere.
How is my financial information handled?
Blue Astra treats client financial information as confidential and handles it with care. How documents will be shared and how access to your accounts will be set up are discussed during onboarding, so you know what to expect before work begins.
Do I need to already use QuickBooks?
No. Blue Astra works in QuickBooks Online. If you don’t have an account yet, setup is available as a separately quoted project. If you already use QuickBooks Online, work happens in your existing company file.
Do I have to pay for QuickBooks Online separately?
Yes. QuickBooks Online subscription fees are separate from Blue Astra’s bookkeeping fees. If you’re not sure which subscription fits your business, Blue Astra can help you choose an appropriate plan.
My books are behind. Can you help?
Yes. Catch-up and cleanup work is available as a separately quoted project. Once your books are current, you’re welcome to continue with monthly bookkeeping, but it isn’t required.
