Hi, I’m Kayla, the founder of Blue Astra Bookkeeping.

I first discovered my interest in bookkeeping while helping a family member with her bookkeeping business. I quickly realized how much I enjoyed the work, which inspired me to pursue it further and eventually earn degrees in Bookkeeping and Accounting Assistance, along with my QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification.

As I continued learning and gaining experience, I knew I wanted to build something of my own. That’s what led me to start Blue Astra Bookkeeping, where I could put my knowledge and skills to work helping small business owners stay on top of their finances.

Now that I’m building a business myself, I have an even greater appreciation for everything that goes into running one. My hope is that Blue Astra can make one part of that a little easier, giving other business owners more time and peace of mind to focus on what they’ve worked so hard to build.
